The 2018 YMCA Health and Physical Activity Summit on Sunday, May 27th is a day filled with a variety of session topics suited for the Fitness and Health Professional. Both YMCA and non-YMCA certified instructors who wish to update their certifications will benefit from attending . Theoretical and practical sessions will be offered on topics related to group exercise and personal training; including Aqua-Jogging, Sleep and Exercise, Ketogenic and Low-Carb High-Fat Diets, HIIT Training, UNDA Boards and much more!

New this year: the day will start off with a selection of master classes for participants to get the body and mind moving and ready to learn!

Continuing Education Credits:   Attending this summit will provide 8-hours of CECs required for YMCA FIT recertification. Other certifying bodies have recognized this summit.

Certain Workshops will be bilingual or conducted in either English or French.
